This agreement is entered into as of the date set forth below, by and between Blackstone Chamber of Commerce, through its division, blackstoneva.com, and the undersigned provider of information and content (content provider). By completing the registration process, you, the content provider, are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions provider herein.

1. General Terms
a. Grant of Rights. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Blackstone Chamber of Commerce grants to the content provider the non- exclusive, non-transferable right to provide informational content (content) through the Blackstone Chamber's Domain Hosting Program and to distribute such domain's content worldwide. The domain name and content are the property and responsibility of the content provider.
b. Content Standard. The Blackstone Chamber of Commerce will review all information supplied by the content provider to ensure they are in accordance with community standards. the Chamber reserves the right to disallow any material for use on blackstoneva.com.
c. Hardware and Software. The content provider is responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at its expense, all hardware and software necessary to connect to the service and/or web site.
d. Connect Charges. The content provider is responsible for the cost of any connect or long-distance charges relating to its use of the service.

2. Term and Termination. This agreement shall become effective on the date hereof and shall continue for _________________(initial term). After the intial term, this agreement shall automatically renew each ____________ for a period of ____________(each, a renewal term) unless written notice of termination is given by either party at least five (5) business days prior to the expiration of the initial term or any renewal term. 3. Warranties. Blackstone Chamber of Commerce makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, in connection with the service. All access to the service is provided "as-is, as available" without warranty of any kind.
